and what makes you guys say that?

either one of you guys ^^^ have owned both? Or at least one of them? If not, your comment is invalid. Just like mine would be if i said "ridetech". I own Ridetech but i can't say its better because i have not had both.

That being said, I also don't see anything special about Accuair. Looks pretty basic to me.

actually, if you look at what each brand has to offer, it would be Ridetech by a long shot. I almost COULD say Ridetech is better just by looking at the two sites.

Depends on what the OP is interested in. You guys didn't even ask. Just spout out an answer blindly. That is the problem with forums.

Self leveling system/controller - Ridetech E3 all the way.

Remote control - toss up since you can add a remote from 1000 brands to any air system and Accuairs is not anything special.

Ride Height Control - Ridetech has infrared sensors inside the bags for some systems and those ground level sensors Accuair has are pretty basic. Nothing special.

Full suspension experts - Ridetech. Just look at the site.

Customer service - Ridetech has always been good and quick to help. I don't know about Accuair.

If all you want is some bags, and to lay some frame, you can use almost any brand you want. Some Firestone bags, a switchbox and your own plumbing will do fine. If you want a high quality suspension, from people who KNOW suspensions, i say Ridetech.

i don't see anything special about Accuair that isn't already "yesterday's news" for Ridetech. :D

Like i said, i haven't tried anything Accuair but i don't see anything special about them that sets it apart from others.

I did airide for a living and the accuair is to me the end all be all of air ride setups...

Thats your opinion. To me, their stuff looks basic and a couple years behind Ridetech. Its probably good stuff though, not saying it isn't. Just nothing special about it. Certainly not the "end all be all".

The travel sensor type autoleveling is far superior to any pressure based system... with a pressure based system if a bushing is tight or there is a weight difference etc you are gonna have an unlevel setup...

Ridetech uses pressure AND Infrared ride height sensors (inside the bag) to determine exactly where it needs to be. They also use the "travel" type along with the pressure (at the same time). What i am saying is they don't JUST use pressure, they use both at the same time. Back in the day they did, but not for at least 6-7 years.

steve is right the ridetech is more advanced then the accuair! both are good setups and it all depends on what you are building, i have been bagging vehicles for 14yrs i have used everything out there and on my personal ride i would go with ridetech if it was something i was going to drive everyday and wanted the best ride possable! the accu is cheeper and also a very nice high quality unit but i just like the ridetech better, plus they have been in the game for 5 more yrs then accuair and have been the company that all the standards have been set by
