Side note: should I even care about box rise if I'm not doing burp competing? Optimal is an rms meter and i think they are expensive. But you have to watch it while you burp and record volts and amps at the same time. Peak means jack shit because unless you know when your peak voltage and amperage happen then you will have inaccurate results edit: also i think Ray said that phase plays into this and amperage lags behind voltage a bit in an amplifier so your results may be off by 10% - 15%. Plus i enjoy given demos. Anyway, peak wont work because amperage and voltage will probably peak at different times. So it wont give true results. you may have higher voltage but at lower amperage, and you won't see it unless you are keeping an eye on the meter while you burp. Thats what confuses me Or does it not work like that?
