BobbyG2 Posted November 12, 2012 Report Posted November 12, 2012 Since you're thinking of a wall, if I were to do a wall I'd design it so that I didn't have to demolish it if I were to get better subs. This design will work for those 4 subs, and it could even work with 4 badass 15's if you wanted to upgrade in the future (and all you'd have to do is expand the sub cutouts bigger) Subs forward, port forward, port sharing 3 walls (top, bottom, and one of the sides, your choice), double sided, tuned to a nice SQLish tune, quadruple baffle, .2 cu.ft. of bracing (means you can go crazy with the threaded rods) *New vehicle and system coming soon.*
AGuyWithAJeep Posted November 12, 2012 Author Report Posted November 12, 2012 I like that idea, but would that be to much internal space for them at all?
AGuyWithAJeep Posted November 12, 2012 Author Report Posted November 12, 2012 Would this work? Top/ bottom: 41"x31" Sides: 32"x26.5" Back: 32"x41" Port Walls: 32"x22.25" Face (x2) 32"x17.25" Port in center, front. Baffle is 3 inches thick, everything else is 1.5 inches thick Aluminum rods bolted in for bracing (4 verticle rods at 1 inch thick (2 on each side) and 4 horizontal rods at 1 inch thick (2 on each side) I still think this will be to much internal volume
