What kind of headunit are you planning because if thats like the Mercury sable that i just did you will have to get a high to low converter like the Stinger sloc

Its an off brand 7" DVD display with a 5 watt pre-out.

It should be pretty good espicially for the $175 I'm payin for it.

how many watts is that amp? all those batteries and a capacitor is a lil overkill imo... but this is definately a cool build..

Its 2000 WRMS @ 4 ohm

and 2 batteries and that 50 farad cap+a single farad cap was still dimming the lights when I had just 4 of those subs

if you want to keep your carpet and everything below the batteries intact I would highly suggest getting battery boxes for all of those batteries...you'll have acid leaking all over place and eating through anything

Oh, ya.. My bad. I told ya it would take a long time between paychecks. I have 2 15 in transit and schedualed to arrive on the 19th. only need 2 more after that. The box and whole car has come a LONG way since the last update. I have been a shitty camera man though. I will take some pics tonight and throw em up... IF YALL WANNA SEE EM........

I decided to change some things and what not... I now have a couple more amps and a few more mids/highs

Then some money went to a better alarm system. Now I have 4 subs (or will in like 4 days) and am just waiting another 2 weeks to order 2 more subs. I'm lookin at 4,000 watts rms for the lows, and about 1,000 wrms for the high. not bad for an 18 y/o high school student and a 1 man project.

I've been kinda keepin this build a secret around here
