It helps the adhesive to activate. Also pull off the transfer paper at an aggressive angle like 80degrees or so after youve made sure the vinyl is stuck to the glass.

I just need to know how to keep the paper OFF of the vinyl when pulling it off the waxy paper. The score marks around all the letters made the paper come right up with them and fucked everything up as pictured.

Yeah thats a poorly manufactured sticker lol. The plotter / cutter should only cut through the vinyl itself and not the backing. This is not your fault. I would contact the seller.

Note, If you apply vinyl in the winter, heat gun the shit out of your glass that your applying it to Decals hate cold windows.

If you want to go the extra mile (especially useful on windshields), Razor blade it while your cleaning to remove all the micro debris.

Good to know I'll keep that all in mind. I didn't want to seem too high-and-mighty and immediately assume the product was defective but in my head I did. I figured I goofed something up, good thing these decals were free with my subs

Installed! Had to trim the ground bar so it wouldn't hit my hood when it's closed, I trimmed the other to match but didn't get a picture, also changed up some cable routing from what's shown
