Adding a second battery.. question!

Run batteries in parallel, fuse 18" of each battery. With the original battery you did the big 3 on, leave the big 3 be, just run a positive from original battery to second. Ground the second battery to the frame. As of now there is no need to run a alt + to second battery +

Edit: Wth, HID lights should never dim unless there is a huge voltage drop. The ballasts regulate so there is always a constant voltage coming out. iirc

It was a little confusing but i meant to say my headlights dont dim because they are hids, just inside lights dim

Ok I was about to say, HID's aren't supposed to dim, so if they are you have some serious voltage problems lol. But my inside lights do the same
