meade916
You didn't have to delete my posts. I was just trying to help you out, Steve. Anyways, good luck. Lots of badass parts. ya i did, they were in the way. i'm sure its a great trick. Would it make you feel better if i posted a pic of what it says in the booklet it comes with? It says spread evenly. Now is the dot-trick better? who knows. Will it hurt anything to do it how i have always done it? nope. Are we spending a LOT of time analyzing $1 in thermal paste when there is an $11,000 computer sitting here? :D Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! meade916
Wow, I would be so paranoid running liquid cooling. lol You are making me want to upgrade so bad right now! i used to be but as many i have done, i am used to it. Once you see its no leaks, its a relief. I have never ever had one leak though. Just gotta take your time and do it right the first time with something like this Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Mike Whitenton
Stardock is bad ass! Fences should have been part of Windows all along. Friggin awesome! Windows looks so nice with all the icons put into their own area. Object Dock took a little getting used to but I like it. The Acoustic Bridge is kinda odd. Can't see the need. Here is a list of software that I find pretty darn handy. Just throwing it out there in case someone finds some of it useful. Audacity, SketchUp 8, Revo Uninstaller, CCleaner, BullZip PDF Printer Driver, Color Wheel Pro, Desktop Restore, Open Office, Peer Block, Video LAN VLC, WinFF, WinZip. oh, for all the windows 8 haters.... n1ghtsn1p3r
I'm jealous. I want that rig I've been wanting to watercool for a while, just either couldn't afford it or never got around to it when I did have the spare cash. Plus the thought of leaks scared me. My friends that were into it would always do the "24 hour leak test" before any hardware goes into the case, just to be absolutely sure, even though it probably wasn't necessary with their experience level. I loved Stardock back in the WinXP days. I modded the hell out of Windows with their stuff. Cursors, boot screens, login screens, skins, themes, sounds, etc. Quote 2016 Ford Focus SE No build log yetDC Audio 1.2K2x DC Audio Level 2 10"
Maxim
Hey Steve got a small suggestion on that liquid cooling setup and it's cheap insurance incase it ever leaks. Run it as a hose inside a hose. 1/4 inside a 3/8 ( not actual size, just as reference) that way if fluid hose leaks some how the fluid isn't going every where. Cheap insurance . Really good build Double tubing probably isn't the best idea. It's not like the tube is going to split somewhere in the middle. If it's going to leak anywhere it would be where one of the tubes connected to one of the fittings, in which case double tubing would do you no good. It would only make it harder to bend. I got a kick out of this one. Turn that frown upside down! http://youtu.be/W2NUzaQrzCI Quote wtf is lolcats? I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers. I was hoping for 150 . I was hoping she would let me put it in her butt
meade916
Should have made tubes shorter, would help with flow rate. no it wouldn't. Not even a little bit. Thanks anyway for the great advice. FYI: they were left longer so i can add watercooling the GPU's at a later date, probably when the newer cards come out. They aren't THAT long though. 1 Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Over 1,000,000 subscribers strong!
