ThreehundredC
lol no. not cutting the whole wire apart just. making the 16 feet into two 8foot. sections and crimping to a connector or twisting the ends and stick it in the amp.. but since it was one wire. it has one fuse@ the end..would i need to add another fuse for the second run or could i somehow use the one fuse for the two runs to the same amp.. i already have a amp kit on order. so this will be temporary just cant wait two more weeks to get this thing up n running

UMGixxer
Try to run both lines into the one fuse holder, or just use the one 8 ga line until you get the 4 ga, thats probably what I would do

UMGixxer
You just confused me on that one, the only thing that you wire in series or parallel are the coils of the subs, but i probably would suggest using a class d amp if you are running subs

Kranny
dont bump your thread after an hour. its made specifically for the boston acoustics amp in your car. so its obviously clear that you use it on the harnesses that go into the boston acoustics amp. there are likely instructions. i see them in the picture. edit: by the way, a 4 channel is fucking useless for subwoofers. use monoblocks.
