would that hifonics 2000.4. says brigable 1000w could this amp run subs or just highs

could run both but it only runs 1000x bridged @ 4 ohms

..so i have a L715 dual4 on kicker 750.1 @2ohm. would that be an upgrade. ?

yeah you could bridge it and run each coil on each channel, that would be 2000w to that sub tho, just back the gain down

so do i connect positive to positive on the sub or just bring eachside to the amp seperate

Do not connect the coils on the subs together, just take the + & - from each coil to the bridged + & - on the amp, probably something like the - on channel 1 and the + on channel 2 and do the same for channels 3 & 4.

another question. i have 8gauge wire n fuse n ground.. the amp says it can fit a 4gauge which im guessing ill need. can i just cut the 8 inhalf and run then together as a bigger wire

Are you talking about cutting the rubber off of the wire and putting them together? I would just run 2 runs of the 8 ga into the amp, so you would have to sections of power and two sections of ground a total of 4 - 8 ga wires running into the amp. It will work but go ahead and get some 4 ga when you can.
