TyC2010 Posted December 4, 2012 Report Posted December 4, 2012 Just hooked my system up which is 2 18" Fi BTL's, 2 Kicker ZX2500.1's 3 batts and second alternator... anyways whenever i turn my LC-1 up without any music even on all i can hear is my subs... with music the sounds still there but its fine after the LC-1 is half way or more turned up... Didnt know if maybe this was a RCA problem or a ground problem... just makes it hard to turn it barely on to just get a good bass level... Any ideas will help so i know where to start my investigation... Thanks

TyC2010 Posted December 4, 2012 Author Report Posted December 4, 2012 Off the alternator to main battery up front, off that battery all the way back to the second battery and jumped to the third battery, all batteries grounded to frame, which was ground down before bolting grounds to it... also everyonce in a awhile the subs will make like a popping sound with bass... does sound like a ground problem but im pretty sure the grounds are good

Yeah i think the 3 ft RCA i have from my HU to my LC-1 control isnt really up to standard so ill go get a good set and try that. double check everything again... Appreciate it bro
