Is it normal for my XS batts to drop from 13.1V to 12.4 within 1 minute

Batteries: XSD2400 and XP3000

Charger: Ctek 7002

Question:

According to my Ctek 7002, my batters are fully charged.

Is it normal for the voltage reading to go from 13.1 to 12.5V when I turn on my amp (with the car not on).

The music is only on at 5% volume.

I thought that with the extra batteries, my voltage should be able to stay above 12.8V for a longer time; not drop to 12.3V within 1 minute?

I am trying to make sure that my batteries are actually fully charged when my Ctek charger says it's fully charged.

Yeah can be, i didn´t found the vid from XS-Power where they show how diffrent batt´s (Kinetik, Stinger, XS-Power) react if you put 500 amp´s of draw on these

big-boy´s. They suddenly drop all and XS-Power where the batt with kthe lowest drop, shoot a mail to Nathan and ask him for the vid.

A lot of variables, but some drop is normal.

If you turn on amp while cars not running, your voltage WILL drop as it charges the caps. When my amps turn on ( with truck running) it will acctually load down the alts, but ive got alot of amp to turn on

sounds about right when your 5k amp is turned on while you vehicle is not running duurrr da duuuurrrrrrr..
