The leak is more of a issue now aswell.

Fill up the tank and spray soap and water all over your lines you can see where the leak is coming from , also make sure your fittings have enough teflon tape

If theres a leak in the air line would i need to replace the whole line?

If the leak is coming out where it connects to the fitting , I would just cut the tip straight and try reconnecting them ...if its coming from the middle of the line or something I would change the whole thing , if your system is new I doubt it would be from the middle it's most likely leaking from one of the fittings
