Because the baffle-like cutouts are resting on the shelf that WOULD be right behind where the seats used to be. I'd say that makes it much different than your drawing. Do you know how much airspace you have to work with? What kind if dimensions are you wanting to dedicate to this box? Also, you know how tuning a 4th order works right? Like proper tuning frequency and such? Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
