alaskanzx5 Posted December 18, 2012 Report Share Posted December 18, 2012 so i might be doing something like this with my next build, not sure on if i will or not. depends on how much it will cost me. the box is 5.77cuft with a removable slot port extension. 35hz with port extension 40hz with out. just over 14" of port per cuft. the box in the middle will be the batts and there will be a t1500.1bdcp on one side of it and a t400.4 on the other side with a 10 farad rockford cap right above the batteries. plan is to use mdf to make the box but use birch for the extra baffle along with the amp rack and part of the floor infront of box then stain it. port is attached with about 10 tnuts. rockford fosgate in plexiglass lite up blue. subs are 2 rf t2d415 t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.
