quick lil install for a buddies f350

Recommended Posts

A buddy of mine wanted a lil extra boom boom in his work truck so I decided to set him up with just that. Doesn't have a lot of room to play with so this is what I figured would work.

First I got him a Massive N2 for the subsection.

Then I got him a Cadence S2W8 for a subwoofer

Next came the sub box. After looking at what was available for a prefab, I decided all options really sucked for what I was after. So I decided Id build one that fit.

Well, that was easier said than done. There is no room behind that back seat (crew cab). He has a few kids to tote around so any major modifications was out of the question. So I decided on a Bazooka style enclosure in a matter of speaking. Basically, it has to fit behind the back seat but I didnt want to make a trapezoid style box. Hate them personally. So I had only about a 9.5x9.5 square to deal with and that will be lodged in there pretty tight as you fold the seat back.

Anyway, on to the box pics.

Ready to make the magic happen

I will be installing this stuff on Sunday if all goes well. Will post pics of the install when I do so. Interested to see how it sounds.
