box for 2 zv3 18s dual 1ohm in a 03 tahoe ported

ok guys im picking up my subs tomorrow (hopefully) and i picked up some wood tonight for the box. can someone design one for me please?

my max size is 48 wide 35 deep and 21 tall.

id like to fire them up and keep the width 48 wide.

want slot port wherever it will be the loudest and tuned to around 30hz

can anyone help?

So here is a suggestion on around rated power:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 34 Hz

Vb = 8.5 ft^3

External Height = 20 in

External Width = 48 in

External Depth = 26.25 in

Port Width = 32 in

Port Height = 4 1/2 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 48 x 26 1/4

Left & Right Sides = 24 3/4 x 17 3/4

Front & Back = 48 x 17 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 20 1/4 x 33 1/2

Extension = 1 x 33 1/2

Port Left Side Assembly:

20 1/4 x 4 1/2

6 1/4 x 4 1/2

Port Right Side Assembly:

20 1/4 x 4 1/2

6 1/4 x 4 1/2

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

- The port needs 4 1/2" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp's subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.
