Here is a cutsheet for the above, didn't look at the design itself:

External Height = 14 in

External Width = 27 in

External Depth = 17 in

Port Width = 2 1/2 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

Front & Back = 27 x 14

Left & Right Sides = 15 1/2 x 12 1/2

Top & Bottom = 27 x 15 1/2

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 13 x 12 1/2

Extension = 5 x 12 1/2

What the hell?

24" width for front plate and back plate and the box width is 27" wide.

Obvious you didn't look at the design Joe. lol

It's so I don't have to cut a hole in the front piece. Look at the google sketch up. That's with my dimensions so obviously that would work.

O.P. you left out the "3" in the common walls box. That makes your box 2.3 net cuft. You might want to tweak it a bit to get back down to 2cuft

No, joes dims wont work, Torres gives you cut sheets you need, just make the front baffle the (box width - .75 - port width). Then you don't have to cut a hole in it.

edit
