Reconing alpine type Rs

I have two swr12?? The last silver ones that are frozen wont push in or out and one has a broken lead to negative.. The basket and motor seem good how much will fixing these two cost

Although nice, Those are considered disposable speakera, now I'm sure it may be possible, but likely be hard to figure out what recone would work.

If I remember they have some weird ass coil size, like 2.8" or something bizarre. I can't remember if PSI does them or not, they'd be about your only bet I would think. What is attaching you to these Type Rs that you'd want them reconed? It'd be more expensive than what they are worth I'd assume.

And furthermore, you'd trust an eBay recone kit to work properly? You'd trust the fitment and functionality?
