Flashing white power light on Focal FPP 1000

Yesterday my FPP1000 decided to its power cable fuse, the amp was running very hot I noticed when I inspected what was going on. The amp was running two 27V1 subs in parallel for total 2ohm load. Focal support is rubbish, user manual has no troubleshooting what so ever. Can anyone on here hint towards what this flashing white light may mean?

Yeah when I plugged it in it was cool as ice though, went back out to the car, no flashing light, checked over all wiring again, plugged one sub back in and turned the amp on at LOW volume, nothing nothing BANG, fucking smoked everywhere, I've never disassembled something so fast in my life. Hopefully warranty will be easy to deal with, I think I'm going to be without subs for a while... :(

On a side note, if an amp is running the thickest guage that will fit its power and ground terminals, grounded by very short cable straight to the battery post, well ventilated and on a cool day, running at a safe load, low gain, no bass boost at a reasonable volume, what could send it into thermal protection?

Couple of pics inside, can see some burnt out caps and transistors..... If anyone knows whats the function of that area of the board and why would they blow??
