EyesofaStranger Posted January 20, 2013 Report Share Posted January 20, 2013 I have what probably seems like a really dumb question, but this is my first DC Audio sub and I'd kinda like to keep it awhile. I got it on ebay for a pretty good price and looked at pics of DC subs on here and didn't see any that looked like mine. I know how to wire in series/parallel, it's a D4 sub and I want it to be 2ohms so + to + - to - pretty straightforward. So here is my question... When I got it, it came with a wire already attached, so it seems like it's already wired to 2ohms, but the wires are what looks like soldered to the back of the terminals. I was going to get it ready to go because I got some wire today and my box comes Monday, but I don't wanna F it up. I took some pics and didn't have anyone else to ask. The wire is super clean looking, like it was made for the sub or something, obviously it wasn't made like that and I'm guessing it's already wired at 2ohms, I just wanted some input.
