I wouldn't replace any of them until letting them get a good charge from a low-amperage wall unit. Look for a 1A-1.5A charger like Carbon suggested and let them go overnight, check the resting voltage after that. If there is anywhere you can take the batteries to have them tested try to do that, I'm not sure if auto stores offer those services where you live but just about all of them do stateside.
