ZachG Posted January 24, 2013 Report Share Posted January 24, 2013 Ok so I wanted to know if its bad to go get my front & rear battery load tested at AutoZone with my amp hooked up, the past few days its been 6-15 degrees f when I go to start my car the lights dim all the way when I try to start it, Front battery is a interstate acid, rear is a shrunkien bt-120 with 0 gauge connected in the front right to the alternator post where it drops off the power. Just want to know if I should unhook the amp if it matters 1998 Pontiac grand prix gtp supercharged2 12" Obsidain Audio V.1 on a 2011 zx1500.1 at 2 ohms. 20ft of Knuconceptz CCA 0 Guage. 2nd Battery is a Shurken BT-120. Box is 3.5cu tuned at 31.8hz sealed off from the trunk. 14sqft of Dynamat on the Rear deck top & bottom. Soon to be more for doors/roof.
