Tsimp01
New the the forum but have so many questions! I'm having a problem with my valves on my ZUZU, my set up is fronts individual and my back together. When i air up they work fine. When i release the air with one switch (no matter which one) the truck pancakes! Help please. If pics are available i would appreciate that as well. Tsimp01
Well I don't exactly know what to take a pic of! Like I said when I raise the truck it's fine every switch does what it's suppose to. But when I drop it one switch drops the whole truck... Tsimp01
Would having all the power wires from my switches be linked together? Same with the ground? I followed the wiring all the way and there is no wires touching anywhere
sprkn_ranger
Has it always done it or did it just start doing it? Sounds like wiring to me too. Maybe the leads are touching in the switch box? Tsimp01
I hadn't thought of the leads touching ill try that too. I've followed all the wire and it's all clean no touching in that aspect
Tsimp01
Checked the leads and that's not the problem either! I'm puzzled! I've even cut the power down to one set of valves after lifting the truck and it still drops the whole truck??? And everytime I drop the truck it releases ALL the air from my tank as well as the bags.
sprkn_ranger
You said you have side to side in the front and just up and down in the rear right? And the whole truck drops when any switch is hit to dump? What kind of valves? Is it a manifold type valve setup or individual valves at each wheel? Tsimp01
Yes side to side in the front and just up and down in the back. Got the air bag it valves individual, no manifold. And yes the whole truck drops when I hit any one switch.
