mrdavebasshead75 Posted February 1, 2013 Report Posted February 1, 2013 Right now im running (2) SA-15' off a Skar.1500.1, box is 7 cubes at 34 hz. I mean it gets low and sounds mean at times but I need just a little more. I was planning to upgrade and do a wall with (4) SA-15's but my budget wont allow it since im trying to buy a house and all. Right now I just have a Shuriken BT100, big 3 and 1/0 through out. Is there any way to make my current set up sound even better?. Extra batts? Hi amp alt? Sound deadener? Bigger amp?...Thanks for any help!!.. As much as I would LOVE to build a wall, its just not in the budget. But I know I can get a bigger amp and some deadner in the next few Weeks, close to a month so ill start there and piece it together. WastedTalent Posted February 1, 2013 Report Posted February 1, 2013 Sound deadener will help but don't expect to go from like a entry level setup (not that yours is cause I don't think so) to a beast setup. It's a minimal gain but it DEFINITELY does help and improve how any system sounds. From my knowledge, so correct me if wrong, batts and the h/o alt will only help if your current electrical setup isn't strong enough. Like if your voltage is dropping, dimming lights, things of that nature. If that's all good, then those wouldn't help. But if it is dropping, then it will definitely help. An amp could help, but depends if you're already pushing the 15's you have to the limit, or how much more you want to push them. If they're already at their limit and you don't want to push them all that much harder, I would have to say an amp wouldn't really help as a few watts doesn't do much. Sheena = pedobear
