flwatersaver
I have my two 9ks strapped at .466 so each amp is suppost to see .233. Is this right? Each woofer is dual 1.4 wired up to 2.8 and then all wired together. I have not had any issues so far. The nice thing is if they clip they will go into protect. There's Is a long explanation to this Brian is best at explaining it so I'm gonna use his quote " You are reading DC resistance with a meter, not AC impedance. When you put a meter on a coil, you are just getting the resistance of the wire. As AC is applied, the coil acts like an inductor and changes the impedance with different frequencies. The impedance rating of the sub is an average over its operating frequency range, including a very large spike at the driver's Fs."
