Have a ford explorer 2005 need ideas for a ported box have 44w-32d-21t too Wrk with

Here is a suggestion for use on rated power:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 35 Hz
Vb = 9 ft^3

External Height = 20 in
External Width = 44 in
External Depth = 27 in

Port Width = 30 in
Port Height = 3 3/4 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Front & Back (3 parts) = 44 x 20

Left & Right Sides = 24 3/4 x 18 1/2

Top & Bottom = 44 x 24 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 15 1/4 x 31 1/2

Port Left Side Assembly:
15 1/4 x 3 3/4
Port Right Side Assembly:
15 1/4 x 3 3/4

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

- Bracing shown is required for proper operation.

- The port needs about 4" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp's subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.
