Yeah man I love these highs. I'm not too happy with the mid bass out of the 6.5's in the set but maybe I have my bar too high. I'm gonna deaden the living fuck out of my front doors this week and see if I get any better results on mid bass. I wouldn't replace those tweeters if someone offered me a whole custom door panel done with skar pro audio. So small and clean yet loud and still very very very musical. The 6.5s are very smooth and accurate too. And pretty warm sounding. I just want more 80-125 hz... I might try a skar 125.4 for some better cross overs then the t600-4 but it sure sounds great and has served me well. And with some better grounds / connections... Copper terminals... And higher voltage due to more batteries ive kept the temp on the t600 down pretty low actually. I couldn't be happier with the skar stuff though. Keep tuned. TM dual inputs with volt meter hole are coming tomorrow. Shit ton more deadener to do. Then this summer I'm gonna replace my deka agm's with some XS and add another 2500.1... next chance i get i will Then I'm moving on to stuff like kicks with another set of Polk 6501's... All OFC wire (checking out skyhighcaraduio) and maybe an 80 PRS And after all of that is done. I'm gonna do some sick interior shit. Lots of black suede... Headliner, rear deck, anything that's not charcoal is getting black suede on it...., lots of plasti dip on all the tan interior plastic stuff... and some small fixes on stuff like my hood, and plasti dip my rims. Then that's all I am gonna do with this car. By then it will be time for a new car and someone will get one SICK honda accord. She loved it if you were curious. It really did sound amazing on her audiophile quality cd of Dark side of the moon Keep tuned. I know its not flush mounted and such but if you refer to my goals, not alter the car if possible. I got 40sq feet more from Audio Technix today and re did the whole trunk, the rear deck, and all 4 doors. MUCH BETTER NOW. ill get a newer pic of the trunk deadened soon. But my rear deck and doors are coming now! This is how the door turned out after all the holes were covered up and i got most of the area deadened. Those stock wires sure look ugly huh ?lol This is my door panel itself. It may or may not have helped overall but it sure added some weight to the panel making it feel a bit more solid and less likely to rattle. Passenger door.
