Looking for advise and expertise for alt/battery upgrade

Recommended Posts

can also try excessive amperage. (mech referred me there after sayin no alt for my car).

if no one makes it, there's a place somewhere that would take your alt and at least refine it to make it better. maybe one of them (mech, dc power, etc) would take an alt (that you buy and send to them) and modify it. MAYBE.

as far as that batcap, never heard of one. if the alt doesn't do you justice... as in your voltage still drops, i'd look into xs power batts. they have ones that size to... practically big enough for a damn semi haha.

Also looking for opinions on weather I should get 50 ft of wire to run (1/0) both neg and positive from front to back or just ground to back and get half of that.
