Need Your Advice..

Whats up everyone, Im looking to upgrade my electrical in my truck(98 chevy 1500) 5.0 liter. Well really starting from scratch. I have a rockford 1500bdcp 1894 watts@ 1ohm and i am adding another one and i have a (US AMPS)4 channel 800rms amp. I currently have 2 batterys under the hood that need replaced. I would like to give my amps a constant 14 volts.

...What size alternator ? Is there someone i can ship mine to, to rebuild ? I have a brand new stock alt in my garage(Not sure on specs).

... Can I get away with 1 battery at the amps and 2 under the hood ? What kind and how many volts ? Do i need a regulator /Isolator ?

..Im confused on how to do the big3 with both batterys under the hood ?

Depending on the cost , i might have to wait for some of this stuff. So where do i start ? Sorry for the whole mess of questions ...

Get the biggest baddest alt you can get, from Mechman, Singer or DC Power

If you buy the right batt´s you can be fine with one under the hood and one in the trunk, have a look @ XS-Power batt´s site (XS-Poweer is "the" top notch caraudio batt brand), or here http://www.remybattery.com/Default.aspx for big boy´z AGM batt´s. You don´t need a isolator.
