sayhuh? Posted February 16, 2013 Report Share Posted February 16, 2013 I mean I understand being backlogged, but 2 years? I hit my 2 year mark yesterday and it has been sitting in gathering evidence for the whole time, since I started my process. Then underneath that it states it is missing evidence and is overdue, but I had sent in my records 3 times, along with having the Dr visit and handing them everything (MRIs etc). It shows I went, but nothing else has changed. Call them and they say "I am pretty sure they have the records, etc"...so assuring.
