Crandis16
the wheels are supposed to go on the car, not you I think you should clean them off paint with flat black plastidip then hit it was like a copper metalizer I think that would look sick on your car. I would do something plasti dip if i was looking for a temporary paint job but i want something perminant that will NOT come off unless scratched ect.. It's more durable than you would think. plastidip doesn't really come off unless scratched or peeled off by hand My Red zx2 Build Log My Black zx2 Build Log My Red zx2 UBL
TeamHirshAudio
Agree with Crandis on this. Plastidip them and put them on to see if you like the look, if you do, peel the dip off and get them powder coated or professionally painted. If not, peel the dip off and leave them chrome. That is a pretty good idea.. Is the plasti dip going to be hard to remove because of some of the dips and such in the rims?

HatersGonnaHate
The more coats of dip that you put on, the more durable it will be, and it also makes it easier to peel off when you want it to. As long as all the dips in the rim are evenly covered by the Plastidip, it will not be that tough to remove. It's the light dusting/overspray of Plastidip that doesn't peel off as easily, but it will wipe off with a micro fiber cloth.
