OP clearly said ported...also that trunk is frikken huge compared to standard trunk car..thats like a pickup bed. So your point is invalid...8-9 12's ported need probably minimum 1.5ft each sub...pioneers website says .8-1.75 for Sealed application so ported is bigger...with box displacemetn thats a huge as box for a trunk.. OP if your set on it..do it prove everyone who says its not a good idea wrong. I would do 2-18's or somehting if you want..WOW effect.
