loudNlow87
Okay.. So it's been pretty decent outside. Got a couple small things done and the last of the materials are on order. I bought a set of Massive components. Took a quick video of the Infinity coaxials that I used to have up front for some fun. After some thought, I figured the best place to mount the tweeters were on the little plastic trim pieces behind the mirror. So I marked the holes and went at it. Mounted them up and wa-lah. I'm not the biggest fan of those slide connectors so I just soldered leads on both the woofer and tweeter Extended the original wiring so that they'd reach the crossovers and pinched 'em together with some caps. Mounted the woofer and drilled a small hole in the bottom corner of the little 'cubby' in the door, then pulled the wires through. Wired up the crossover Buttoned up the crossover and popped the cover back on. loudNlow87
Movin' the Infinities to the back and just keeping them on head unit power. Time to ditch the rear stockers finally.. Cut a bit of the plastic behind the stock speaker so the new one fits. Cut the factory plug off and strip the wires. Wire up the input.. And I have finally ditched all stock stereo equiptment.
