lostinmiself Posted March 5, 2013 Report Share Posted March 5, 2013 Recently scored a SD 8" sub on CL with a "Custom" (yet to determined weather its correct or not) box. That being said i was told it was a V1 D4 sub. From some poking around on the SD site i cant find any thing saying there were v1s with d4s. So i removed the sub and found out it is either a v1.5 or a v1.75 but i cant figure weather its a actual D4 or if it is a D2. I am hoping someone can either tell me how to determine what ohmage it is rated for so i can find a match and start a build. Any other photos needed please feel free to tell me and ill snap them. lostinmiself Posted March 8, 2013 Author Report Share Posted March 8, 2013 do not connect to power HAHAHA yea recone in the works It sounds like your sub is f*cked off. yea not sure if it was my doing for not checking it when i got it or was already fucked. --either way ill get it fixed, and i got 2 more v1.5 d4 8s for 150+shipping with all 4 coils (2/2) at a 3.6ohms (photos before purchased) so i think ill get another and run 4 of them in my extended cab z71 and try to get something stable at 1 or .5 ohms for an amp.
