one ? what do you use to shrink heat shrink. ive been wanting to do that in my builds

I don't really know i got it from work at my dealership its what they use it has this nice goo inside for some water tight shit

Now time for the tweeters i had them originally on my front doors but i decided to put them in the a pillars to make it look like the factory Bose came out decent since i made the wholes my self

Here on the rear doors I'm guessing since its kind of curved the little Rockford brushed aluminum surround things wouldn't stay on

Don't have any pics of the front doors going in but it all went smoothly can't say the same about the rear though

This was the first issue

Got it fixed but phone was acting gay and a couple of pics came out like half gray and retarded so that's a missing picture of the fix

Idk if you guys can tell but the guide for rear glass hits the magnet of the mid on both doors

So now comes the power wire

Ran the wire through the big grommet of course haha

So this is what i got

Its soldering 1/0 time

Or so i thought haha sucked so bad at it smh so i got something else "THE HELP" haha

And got me this crimper

And this is what it does

Got it hooked up did forget to take the pic for the fuse holder got a 150 amp anl fuse

Amp rack got it all cut up and mocking up where it'll all go

Drilled out all the wholes needed

Got the crossovers wired and passed all the wires through the holes

Mounted a relay to turn amps on

Had it playing for a while and noticed a weird sound coming from the woofers i was like wtf turns out one of the woofers surround was coming loose it was on several spots

Solution

And the easiest way to get the goop really in there with no mess was this

So its now all set and done wire them to .5ohms figured with a bit of box rise should be fine i always bumping for.about a good hr almost full tilt every day and the amp doesn't mind it at all never gets hot and keep good voltage too get a small drop buy I'm guessing that's the efficiency i get from going .5ohms haha

Here they both are in their 1.5 cube box tuned at 32hz

So i was having a Lil voltage drop and finally decided to do the big 3 yesterday so here are some pics of that

I got me some new and different ring terminals which didn't fit in quite as easy as the other ones all thanks to this

So i had to do this

Got them all crimped and heat shrunk

Factory 8 gauge chassis ground

Factory 4 gauge engine ground well i think its 4 gauge

Swaped with 1/0

Using that heat wrap thing

New chassis 1/0 ground as well in factory locations

Going up and tied

Had a problem fitting a couple of this on that short screw on the positive side i prolly fucked up a thread or 2 but i wanted it done last night so

Had a busted car and used a terminal from it

Grinded down to clean it a bit

All raned

One more thing this wired has no flex what so ever was tough

Actual Update Got My New Amp Today Hopefully i Even Get In The Nominees To Get That High Output Alternator For This
