Rockford96 Posted March 11, 2013 Report Posted March 11, 2013 On my stock electrical (85 amp alt) it runs at 14.7-8 im wondering if i did the big 3 could my stock electrical handle it you guys think? Everyone ive seen do it raises the voltage so i would think would ve around 15 volts so when does stock electrical start to give from voltage? It would probably be around 15v charging, which I do not know the answer to. But I hope I helped people understand what he's taking about. You will notice your windows rolling up quicker and when you use heater/ac and headlights your voltage wont drop as much. Just do it right: sand connection spots, use quality 1/0 wire, and make the runs as short as possible.
