larrys95civic
a 50 watt head unit is different than a 3000w amp I didn't say power a m3a off a computer power supply. I was just explaining to the guy who said someone using a battery and charger indoors scared him that it was fine. Just because it can be done doesn't mean it should be, and exposed wiring in any setting is stupid. I have seen to many vehicles with burnt carpet, fried amps and other catastrophes to think it's cool. LAB Customs
Just tell the teacher the it won't be "technically feasible" to do it, and just give demos after school. Hate to see you fry that amp just for a couple laughs. Wouldn't the amp be fine with gain turned down and it would go into protect before anything could happen right?? 2007 Toyota Tacoma 4sa 8's v2 on an AB Vfl 500.1 Check out my build log! http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/168123-2007-tacoma-4-sa-8-v2s-about-to-start-building-box/
