Joe X Posted March 16, 2013 Report Share Posted March 16, 2013 Ok here is a suggestion: Enclosure Specifications:Fb = 35 HzVb = 7.2 ft^3External Height = 17 inExternal Width = 38 inExternal Depth = 30 inPort Width = 6 7/8 inCut Sheet List:* All Dimensions in Inches.* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.External Enclosure Parts:2x Front = 15 9/16 x 15 1/22x Front Internal = 14 1/16 x 15 1/2Back = 38 x 15 1/2Left & Right Sides: 28 1/2 x 15 1/2Top & Bottom = 38 x 30Shared Port Internal Assembly Parts:2 x Front to Back = 20 x 15 1/2 Assembly guide (generic dimensions): Important notes:- The 45s if you want to do them are 2 1/2" wide.- All trunk boxes built outside the car need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.- The port needs 6 7/8" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.
