John C Leonard Posted March 18, 2013 Report Posted March 18, 2013 i was planning on buying 4 d3400s but was wondering the difference in me running the d3400s or running d1400s would i have to upgrade my alt for the 1400s or would it make it easier for my alt because it wouldnt have to keep up the voltage as much? thanks for any help in advance Quote

Nathan @ XSpower Posted March 18, 2013 Report Posted March 18, 2013 You will need to be able to charge in the 16V range with the D1400. Depending on your vehicle this may or may not be possible. The easiest would be to stay with the 12V D3400. Quote
