I just installed a 4 channel 2 days ago and my friend suatered the ground wire and did a shitty job and melted the casing and everything and the doors would cut off. I remembered when I had 4 guage ground on my bass amp that was cutting off when it melted and I trimmed it off and it was fine so I did it to the 4 channel ground but my door speakers still cut off and idk what it could be. Any idea?

Does the amp cut out completely or go into protect? Does it stay on but your losing speaker output? Double check your ground again and make sure its to clean bare metal.

Check your grounds. Make sure no stray strands are bridging on all your terminals.

Does the amp have a protect light that lights up when the speakers cut out?

Ok so I just got home and checked every thing out and can give you full details on what happens and what the setup is like. Turn the car on, bass and door amps come on, music is playing at low level. I turn it up to roughly half and my 4 channel turns off for a second, comes back on and my doors hardly have any output at all, if they have output. No protect light. I bought a paint and rust grinder thing and replaced my ground and nothing changed. Only other thing I can think is, when my friend installed it he bridged the remote wire from my bass amp to my 4 channel ( meaning I have a remote wire going from my headunit to monoblock, then from my mono block to my 4 channel ) other than the remote wire, idk what it could be. Its obviously a power issue since it turns off then back on. Like I said, no protect light. Fuse didnt blow and the wires going in have a good connection. Wires going into the amp have a good connection. Anybody know whats going on? Amp is a kicker 350.4
