JmMcDonald
Whats up guys.....I just bought a new Sierra 1500 SLE, and want to put some 26's on it. Was wondering if I can do that with no rubbing when turning...? I also want to lower it as well. And if it will rub what will I have to do so it doesnt...? Hows the ride on 26's.......? shaky...? smooth....? Thanks Jon I want it a little lower than this one, and possibly a little more tire to make the ride better. http://www.google.com/imgres?q=gmc+denali+26+inch+rims&hl=en&sa=X&biw=1680&bih=831&tbm=isch&tbnid=mOWKar0RcRXfiM:&imgrefurl=http://blog.mozwheels.com/2011/04/one-piece-chrome-wheels-for-gmc-sierra.html&docid=NrX-yRpVM7DgmM&imgurl=http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-DPl0qSD44gM/Ta8a4BVkofI/AAAAAAAAAQw/hUo5wE-o46E/s1600/gmc_sierra_denali_2010_luxury_forged_wheels_chrome_moz_wheels_los_angeles.jpeg&w=600&h=400&ei=iEpLUZKRA6Hr2QWfnYDIDg&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=183&vpy=131&dur=687&hovh=183&hovw=275&tx=92&ty=90&page=1&tbnh=141&tbnw=216&start=0&ndsp=40&ved=1t:429,r:1,s:0,i:
n8ball2013
the ride is going to depend on your tire. good tire. good ride. cheap tire. scary ride. you may have a loss of stopping power but that doesnt effect the ride. as for lowering it not too sure i would think you could pull it off with a 2/3 THERE IS NO BUILD LOG! 1998 Chevy Silverado ext cab Alpine CDA-9887 4 Team Fi 15s 2 Ampere Audio TFE 8.0 2 Ampere Audio 150.4 3 Digital Designs CS6.5 component sets Dual Mechman 370XP Elite alternators inbound! 8 XS Power d3400 6 XS power d680 Second Skin Stinger Tsunami Wiring Sky High A Real Voltmeter not a piece of shit stinger. JmMcDonald
Thanks for the reply. I def will not skimp on the tires. I prob want maybe a 2-3" gap between the fender and tires up front. What would you reccommend for braking upgrade....? Thanks for the reply. Jon
