big 3 upgrade

Hey guys I have a 2004 dodge neon srt. I just did the big threebupgrade with the audiotechnix 0gauge kit 300amp anl fuse. I need help because I guess I was retarted when I did this because I hooked up the wire to the positive post on the alternator which I cannot see. Alternator is under the motor but I saw in a video that the positive post usually has a plastic cap on it. Mine did so I took it off. I also upgraded a wire from the back of the motor to the suspension bolt another one from the battery negative to the other suspension bolt and another from the negative post to the transmission because there wa s on on the top already by my throttle body. I tried to turn the car on and I still had nonpower. Thats why I thinkbi was retarted because I just realized that something has to go from the battery to sometwhere else where everything gets its power.... so I put back in the stock positive wires but I wanted to replace these... anyone have imput on the situation?

So I still need to keep those stock wires?

Ok. Then can those stock wires be improved on? Or is the idea to leave those alone and add the big 3....
