It fit a little more snug than I thought it would but it's still not touching anywhere...I was happy.

Then I got the SMD DD-1 to make sure I was getting the most out of everything, which I was underpowering my mids and highs.

And shortly after that I decided to upgrade my head unit from the JVC to the Pioneer DEH-80PRS.

Some up-to-date videos...sounds very nice! Not quite as loud as my high output box but it has a very nice punch to it.

Little bit of card board flex in this one, also a very awesome song for highs!

Some pretty crazy window flex in the beginning

I have actually switched the subwoofer around now so it is currently not inverted...sounds pretty much the same. It is just a hassle getting inside of my trunk with that magnet sticking out so far.

I'm not 100% on this yet...but I think I am going to get some expanding foam and seal it of from the trunk finally when summer comes around. And to save myself a mess, I was wondering if I could just use a garbage bag or something and put a couple around my box and fill them up to create the airtight seal. Any input on that idea?

I tuned it to 34 with the sub inverted but it's something like 35 with the sub not inverted, which is how it is right now. Hits fairly low anyway.

  • 1 month later...

I have taken my backseat back out for some LED lighting, so here is what it looks like with the sub in the "normal" way.
