Decaf Posted February 14, 2008 Report Share Posted February 14, 2008 well its def the amp if it smoked, open it up and look for soot if you dont have a warranty anymore sounds like too low of ohms, burnt mosfets (likely), have you pulled the subs out cause a wire could have come loose anything really could have happened but let me say smoke of anysort is a sign to stop, unplug everything and investigate the problem befor you blow ur subs (which u did)..... hence why it sounds like the amp crapped out either way the amp sounds like likely source send it to dealer/manufacturer/db-r electronics.... whichever applies Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
