Help Me Please

guys please help me, my amp keeps making my subs make kind of a thump sound and it keeps going then it starts smoking a tiny bit and puts off a aweful smell, whats the matter with it? any idea?

what amp. what subs and what ohm load are you running

and do you have proper power and ground connections, is voltage droping way low (12 volt and lower?)

massive audio 3000.1 , 4 dd 2515's d4's , running 2 ohms, with a kinetik 2400 to amp, never drops below 12v, and yes proper power and ground

Could be that you might need to ground the headunit better and the rcas in the rear

it started smoking, amp still shows perfect power and all, and my subs thump but u can still hear a lil bass, could my amp be fried?

nothing seemed wrong with the subs completely at all, i saw the smoke coming outta the vents on the amp

thats what happened right before my subs blew.
