new box design help needed

I ended up selling one of my subs to a friend today because he had some one build a box for him that had no clue what he was doing and ended up blowing his sub so i sold him one of mine.i need a box design for one kicker l7 15 thats going to be facing in to the car with port facing the same way amp is a rf 1500bd,my max measurements are 37 wide by 39 deep and 17 high 6 cubes max,tuned around 32 hz would b ok i would greatly appreciate it and thanx to joe x who gave me my last box design sounded great,

Here is a suggestion, to rated power:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 32.5 Hz
Vb = 4.5 ft^3

External Height = 17 in
External Width = 37 in
External Depth = 21 in

Port Width = 4 1/4 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

Front = 32 x 15 1/2
Front Internal = 30 1/2 x 15 1/2
Back = 37 x 15 1/2

Left & Right Sides:
Side 1 = 19 1/2 x 15 1/2
Side 2 = 20 1/4 x 15 1/2

Top & Bottom = 37 x 21

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 15 1/4 x 15 1/2
Extension = 7 3/4 x 15 1/2

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

Important notes:

- The 45s if you want to do them are 2 1/2" wide except the one/ones inside the port, if you want that let me know.

- All trunk boxes built outside the car need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.

- The port needs 4 1/4" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.
