Guest
boss 4800w amp =] most useless first post ever. should be ashamed of yourself. lol dont judge on this please but have you heard anything on these? power acoustik BAMF-5500/1D hifonics ZRX3000.1D BAMF will do like 1400 watts. hifonics wont do rated most likely. you should just stay away from that brand entirely. gotta pay to play. SnowDrifter
yea i am thinking of bc3500 or aq3500 now called q1 3500 The Q1-3500 is a bigger amp than the crescendo. A 4-4.5kk amp vs. a 3500 watt amp ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444

SnowDrifter
I'm more concerned about electrical. But you can just use the multi meter method to set gains.Turn your subsonic all the way down, gain all the way down, bass boost all the way down, phase all the way down, and low pass all the way up Play a 40hz -5db tone (get it from the D'Amore website), set your DMM to AC volts, and slowly turn up the gain until your output voltage reads 57vAC - which will give you 3200 watts output. Or about 800 per sub. And because the amp is so dialed back it will be clean power too ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
purplesyrup
crescendo. soundqubed. dc. sundown. you're going to need a big alt and batteries too. Get what ever amp, but to make all the power you HAVE to have /\ that /\
