boss 4800w amp =]

most useless first post ever. should be ashamed of yourself.

lol dont judge on this please but have you heard anything on these?

power acoustik BAMF-5500/1D

hifonics ZRX3000.1D

BAMF will do like 1400 watts. hifonics wont do rated most likely. you should just stay away from that brand entirely.
gotta pay to play.

yea i am thinking of bc3500 or aq3500 now called q1 3500

The Q1-3500 is a bigger amp than the crescendo. A 4-4.5kk amp vs. a 3500 watt amp

thats too much power for 4 oa 15's

4 of them rated conservatively would be 2400 rms so i want to stay closer to that and not blow anything

you know you can just turn the gain down and make the amp output less power, right?

I'm more concerned about electrical. But you can just use the multi meter method to set gains.

Turn your subsonic all the way down, gain all the way down, bass boost all the way down, phase all the way down, and low pass all the way up

Play a 40hz -5db tone (get it from the D'Amore website), set your DMM to AC volts, and slowly turn up the gain until your output voltage reads 57vAC - which will give you 3200 watts output. Or about 800 per sub. And because the amp is so dialed back it will be clean power too ;)

Does the q1-2200 do more than rated like the rest of the high end amps?

The bc2000 doesnt look that bad either... just on the lower end of power tho

NOTHING DOWN HERE YET :(

OBSIDIAN FTW
