Box Help Alpine Type-R

hey guys

i need help with my box for my Alpine Type-R SWR-12D4 12" running with a 1500ZRX hifonics amp @ 1 ohm

Max height= 17"

max Depth= 17"

max length= 39"

the car that this will be installed in is a 2009 nissan versa hatchback

Here is a suggestion, that amp will deliver little RMS power @2 ohm to the sub:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 34 Hz
Vb = 1.6 ft^3

External Height = 15 in
External Width = 27 in
External Depth = 14 in

Port Width = 2 1/8 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 27 x 14

Left & Right Sides = 12 1/2 x 12 3/4

Front & Back = 27 x 12 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Top to Bottom = 10 5/8 x 12 1/2
Extension = 18 1/4 x 12 1/2

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

Important notes:

- The 45s if you want to do them are 2 1/2" wide except the one/ones inside the port, if you want that let me know.

- All boxes built outside the car need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.

- The port needs 2 1/8" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.
