soundqubed hdc3 15 box design?

Hey so I need some help on a ported box design for a soundqubed 15 3.0 coil.

The max dimensions are Width 16, Height 21 max, Length 30-36.

It will be going on the back seat of a 97 dodge Dakota ext cab. Mostly mainstream rap is listened to. It will be ran off a soundqubed 1200.1

Here is a suggestion for the HDC3 15", simplest to build box:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 35 Hz
Vb = 4.4 ft^3

External Height = 21 in
External Width = 36.25 in
External Depth = 16.5 in

Port Width = 4 5/8 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 36 1/4 x 16 1/2

Left & Right Sides = 15 x 18 3/4

Front & Back = 36 1/4 x 18 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Top to Bottom = 14 1/8 x 15
Extension = 4 1/2 x 15

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

Important notes:

- The port needs 4 5/8" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.

Looks really good thanks man. I'll be sure to post pictures of finished project.

I'm guessing the braces are 1" wooden dowels?

Like 1 1/4" if possible, the price difference should be very little.
