Can you get any more volume than that? Id say do 12 minimum but personally would probably go with 14 cubes.

coming from another durango owner, i think 42" deep is to much. my box is only about 34" deep and i only have 8" from the hatch. you need to have at least the ports width distance from the hatch. so for you that would be 6" away from the hatch making you box 36" deep max

hmmmm thats weird are you sure you measured correctly?? i have had a box in a durango before and it was like 40 inches deep with lots of extra space..
